Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
